About Me

I strive to create safe space where people can connect with themselves and each other, leading to more meaningful and impactful connections in their lives.

Let’s work together to create positive change and growth!

I'm a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of New York. I graduated from New York University and continued my studies at Fordham University where I earned my master's degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology, specializing in child and family psychology.

Throughout my career, I've received training at various hospitals and academic institutions. I've worked with children, teens, and young adults in a variety of therapeutic settings, providing individual and group therapy, parent coaching, and organizational skills training. My therapeutic approach is a blend of cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic techniques, heavily influenced by my training in family systems.

Therapy, to me, is a team effort. I take a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to help children and families reach their goals. I believe therapy can empower individuals and families to develop strategies to navigate tough emotions, situations, and relationships. I strive to create a safe space where people can connect with themselves and each other, leading to more meaningful and impactful connections in their lives. Let's work together to create positive change and growth!
